Practitioner Agreement
Version 1.0 · Last updated August 2026
1. Platform Role
PsyReach is an online directory and booking platform that connects independent mental health practitioners with clients. PsyReach is not an employer, partner, agent, or co-provider of your professional services. You practise independently and remain solely responsible for your clinical work.
2. Eligibility & Credentials
You must hold valid, recognised qualifications and registrations for every service you offer (e.g., RCI registration for clinical psychologists, applicable medical council registration for psychiatrists). You agree that all credentials, qualifications, licence numbers, and experience details submitted are accurate, current, and truthful, and to provide documentary evidence on request.
3. Professional Conduct
You will deliver services with reasonable skill and care, within the scope of your training and applicable law. You will not discriminate against clients, and you will adhere to the ethical code of your professional body, including clear informed consent and appropriate referral when a case exceeds your competence.
4. Confidentiality & Data Handling
You are responsible for maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with applicable law and your professional ethics. Client contact details provided through the platform may be used only for delivering the booked service. You must not sell, share, or re-use client data for any other purpose.
5. Session Delivery & Cancellations
You agree to honour confirmed bookings and be available at the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to suspension. If you must cancel, do so as early as possible so the client can rebook; cancelled slots are released back to the public calendar automatically.
6. Fees & Payments
You set your own session fee displayed on your profile. PsyReach currently facilitates direct booking without processing payments; if platform-managed payments or commissions are introduced later, the updated Agreement version will govern those terms and your re-acceptance will be requested.
7. Profile Content
Profile text, photos, and audio introductions must be professional, accurate, and free of guarantees of therapeutic outcomes. PsyReach may edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive, or unlawful.
8. Suspension & Termination
PsyReach may suspend or remove a practitioner profile pending review of a complaint, credential discrepancy, or breach of this Agreement. You may discontinue use at any time by contacting support; your listing will be deactivated.
9. Liability & Indemnity
The platform is provided "as is". PsyReach does not warrant booking volumes or client suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PsyReach against claims arising from your professional services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes & Governing Law
PsyReach may update this Agreement; material changes will be notified and your acceptance re-requested before continued portal use. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
